How Does It Work
This formulation combines two incretin-based therapies intended to support metabolic signaling pathways involved in glucose regulation and appetite control.
- Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. Activation of GLP-1 receptors is associated with glucose-dependent insulin secretion, reduced glucagon release, delayed gastric emptying, and appetite regulation.
- Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Activation of these pathways is associated with enhanced insulin secretion, glucagon modulation, and satiety signaling.
Potential Clinical Benefits
- Supports metabolic signaling pathways involved in appetite and glycemic regulation
- May support weight management efforts under medical supervision
- Provides dual incretin receptor pathway engagement
